Drying towels, which one?

Ive got about 20 odd microfibre cloths from tesco accumulated over the last couple of years. They are something stupid like 67p, are microfibre and can be used for lots of things (polishing, cleaning windows etc.).
If it's them blue ones you're on about, I've bought a few of them as well recently and they seem pretty good.

I got one of the Meguires waffle towel things, what a waste of money that was, it picked up less water than an already soaked sponge. Very poor.
Cheap shammy for the larger areas and a couple of microfibres from Tescos for the nooks and crannies does the job far better.

so then, 3 votes each for sonus and eurow, 1 for poorboys, and 2 negatives for megs. I guess it will come down to which one out of eurow and sonus is cheaper then.

Aye, thats the one - except now they have changed the colour to "super-cleanz0r yellow". Guaranteed to have 20% extra cleaning power just because they are yellow :p

Oh, btw get the ones from the cleaning aisle, they are the same as the car aisle ones but cheaper.

I bought the Meguiars microfibre drying towl the other day when I popped into Halfords - always used a chamais up to now. It was certainly very, very quick on the bodywork, took no time to dry the car - but was shocklingly poor on the glass. Just pushed the water about without drying, ended up using the old (and a bit hole filled) chamais for the glass. Anyone else noticed that?
