DS Game Recommendations

Hey, im thinking of getting myself a DS today and was wondering if theres any games you lot can recommend. So far im thinkin of gettin Mario Kart and Pokemon...
 
I've just started playing Resident Evil Deadly Silence which brings back memories of the PS i think it came out on first (could be wrong)
You should also look at New Super Mario Brothers and 42 Classic Games if you fancy a few games of poker or nearly any card game there is

Pokemon is a good game and mario kart is alright but i get severe pains in my hands for some reason when playing it.

Just go to Metacritic, start at the top and work down, ignoring things from genres you don't like!
 
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Definately.

i got pearl and it is my FAVE game atm by far, inc PS3 and PC! im a bit of a junkie though as i have been importing from Sapphire/FireRed so actually trying to build a competative online team:/

Mario Kart is okay.

Check out some old GBA games for some odschool fun. Zelda's, Golden Sun etc too"
