Are there any good platform games similar to the New Mario Bros game on the DS?

Also, has anything new been released within the past 2-3 months that I might have missed. I need some good DS titles please

I know it isn't a platform game, but the Professor Layton games are very enjoyable and challenging

Definitely worth a play IMO.

No piracy discussion!! you could play Johnny Platformer's Biscuit Romp. I found it very enjoyable.

Have you tried Yoshi's Island for the DS?
