DS Lite from HK

Hello, just a quick question.

Am I right in thinking that DS Lites are region free and so one from Hong Kong will play UK games and will have English as a language to select?

DS lites are region free and my American one has English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese on so I imagine the one from HK would be exactly the same.
