DS Lite : Trauma Center

Anyone got this? Playing it at the moment, and finding it a very original and entertaining game. But it's very hard - I am having problems with an operation in Chapter 2 where there are multiple Anuerysms (sp?) - I used the healing hand to slow time down, but the magnify thing doesn't seem to work that well, sometimes it doesn't zoom out and so I can get to the ones at the top of the screen.

Any tips?
