Wanna use my ds over the internet but dont wanna buy the nintendo usb dongle for it will a cheap usb alternative be ok anyone using them? If so which one do you use?

Any B/G wi-fi adaptor that can act as an access point should be OK I think, Datel's DS specific model is about £15 retail and should work fine :)

Will that belkin one definatly work, is anyone using one at the moment?

Bought my ds lite today but my belkin router wont work with it and dont fancy spending 25-30 quid on a nintendo usb dongle.

You need the software to go with it. Any WAP would theoretically work, but a PC still needs to host the software for some reason.

Not sticking to standards annoys me a great deal.

Only if you are using a wifi card I think - my router works fine with the DS, as I think should any WAP able to pass on the DHCP lease from a router/ICS etc.
