ds mario kart cheaters?

you still dont see what is different with this than sitting somewhere conceealing with a sniper rifle shooting people as they spawn?

neither are cheating, both could be considered an advanced way to obtain a higher score/kill rate...thats why they are similar, hence why i use the analogy...

So I think the game isn't flawed (unless you think all mario karts bar the SNES one are flawed )

its not "flawed", just maybe a crappy system at the end of the day which isnt really needed! the online system is flawed as it doesnt really match make effectively, hence you get such big descrepancies.

In match making I never get a decent player when I should only be playing the very best players out there)

so would you say the majority of your opponents dont snake? and that you have big disconnects as well? that was my experience and tells me that the majority dont want snaking, they dont like snaking and they just cant be bothered to race those who do...

"could" being the most important word here, it just depends how vague you are at describing both.. they are different to me because one takes skill and one doesnt
