DS recommendations & Help

Want to get the girlfriend a new game for Xmas and need some help as to what is good.

She has just finished Professor Layton and was hoping to get her something similar to this can anyone recommend anything ?

She also has Mario bros, brain training, zelda and final fantasy

I was thinking phoenix wright or trauma centre but am not sure.

Any of the Phoenix wright games or Hotel Dusk: Room 215.

Hotel Dusk is by far the best DS game I've played.
