I've not seen any talk on here about the DS since I returned? does anyone here still play theres...

I've not bought any games on it since I played trauma centre and the last phoenix wright, is there anything which I must own that I've missed since then

After 3 months Animal Crossing had lost it's appeal, I'd gotten bored of Hotel Dusk and Phoenix Wright and finished Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords (was my bog time game) so I cashed in and sold the lot. Got back about 90% of what I'd paid so was quite pleased.

that ain't bad then, not played animal crossing. Might have a look and see if I can pick it up cheap

Aye, it was a lot of fun while it lasted (fishing was strangely addictive). I think if I was commuting on the train still I'd play it all the time, at home my 360 just takes all my gaming time :)

Problem I've found is that many of the single player games (Phoenix Wright, Trauma centre to name a couple) have almost zero replayability. You know the cases, you know who did it, how and why.
I've just picked up Theme Park DS, as I loved the original PC version, and it seems ok. A decent port, though I don't remember the little peeps throwing up as much as they do in this version.

I am doing a bit of Puzzle Quest. Just done level 1 of Elite Beat Agents which got quite manic. No chance at level 2. I'm just not quick enough. Very good though as there's nothing else like it.

Yeah Elite Beat Agents is excellent. I'm playing Trace Memory at the moment which is enjoyable. Trauma Centre was good for a while but it got quite repetetive.

I've traded in Animal Crossing and Phoenix Wright even thou i never finished either, but it seems too repetitive before i finished it. Animal crossing was just like the RPG element without the quest, but not enough to do like the Sims, so stuck in some no-man's land. get some fish, bugs, grow a tree, buy some furniture, sent some letters....and what?

The only games i have left are brain training, Zelda, mario and mario kart.

Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii: Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 is worth a look on import even if the last level is impossible. Not quite as good as the first one, but at least as good as Elite Beat Agents.

I'm currently addicted to Sim City DS.

can you build waterpipes on sim city ds? i cant find a way to do it for the life of me. got massive areas that need water and building water towers near them isnt working :(

Nope, it automatically does it for you. You probably need some more pumps and the pumps can be place anywhere.

I last played Sim City 2000 and I've noticed a lot of game mechanic changes. I eventually dug out a FAQ to help me. Apparently you don't even need to run electricity pylons everywhere - just to within 4 squares of your city!

ahh cheers for that Tunney, ill try building some more pumps, its annoying because there is just a huge area in some residental areas (normally the middle of the zone) that doesnt get water and thus people wont move in.

I still play mine. Its great. I just showed my nieces how to play download two players on thiers, and its given them a new lease of life too. I am thinking Zelda might be a good investment for Xmas, as we're going away, and I wont have acess to my 360 or Football Manager on the PC.

i still play mine but not as much as i used to. an absolute gem of game comes along every now and then with the current one being zelda: phantom hour glass.

Just got one on Saturday. Playing through Phantom Hour Glass just now and have Mario Kart on the way. My brother is going to give me a lend of Phoenix Wright and Hotel Dusk.

Currently playing Zelda Phantom Hour Glass on the DS but it will be getting put a side because i just got Phoenix Wright 3 through the door :D:D:D
