Everything is fine a stock but as soon as i overclock orthos gives me errors after
a minute or too not sure what iam doing wrong.
Followed the guide in the sticky for ds3/4 vdimm +0.3, mch+0.1, fsb vltage +0.1,
vcore 1.4500v, mem multi to 2.0, increased fsb from 266 to 300. ram to 4,4,4,12. Windows boots ok tat temps idle 50c, load 69c. Ortho runs for a minute then gives errors.
Also tried 8xmulti 400fsb then same as above ran for five minutes then errors help

Update just ran ortho at stock and i got errors straight away???
Stock temps in tat idle 47c, easytune temp idle 30c what do i go off?

Mem tested it and it has errors great  i will rma it

Still have a problem with temps thought reseated ninja with as5 idle 48 in tat  should i try the stock cooler instead?

I had a problem with my Gigabyte Mobo and couldnt do anything clocking wise thru the bios at all, it just kept failing then reverting to the standard clocks. However by using the EasyTune Software it can clock all of a sudden :S strange but my e6300 can clock now

It says its at 50c idle that cant be right

There's something wrong there. Are you sure it's seated rightly and it's facing the right way?

Just push the pushpins down all seem tobe ok what i mean by the right way fans
at the front blwing away to rear of case idle core 1 46c core 2 48c?
Voltage is on stock 1.325v by the way

Load using orthos 57c and 58c?

Ok just reinstalled again (getting quite good at this) idle 43c load 56c put quite a bit of as5 on this time so it must be makin good contact.

Speedfan + easytune says 33c idle? could tat be reading it wrong?

It maybe reads a different sensor.

Maybe your heatspreader isn't flat if it's needing a lot of AS5.
