Finally got my new PC built and i am so pleased with it so far my old rig was Barton 3200 with 5900 ultra I used to get 68 fps in css in game stress test my new PC got 160 fps with all setting maxed out :D .BF2 played like a dream again with all setting maxed out.
I've read the article on overclocking and many others. ive read all the things you guys have been doing with much interest.
But i am a little confused was hoping someone could point me in the right direction

1st | screeny is the mobo default setting: Do these seem correct ?

2nd | screeny is what confuses me when i enable CPU host clock the memory frequency drops to 300: Why is this ?

3rd | I've read if you press Ctrl F1 you get more option's tried this to enter the bios and whilst in the bios Nothing happens.

4th | Because all these setting seem very strange to me compared to my old Barton plus ive never overclocked b4 was hopping someone could tell which settings i should be changing first and buy how much and should i make sure others settings in bios are changed b4 i do .

CPU host frequency @ 267 and all seems well.
Memory frequency changed to 801
so would i now just keep adding 5 to CPU host frequency
If i did this memory frequency would keep going up i assume that's not right
do i keep the clock ratio @ 7 or do i drop that to 6 as ive read in the guide and seen in others screen shots of CPU-z
Also do i leave pci-e frequency on auto of should this be changed if so to what.
 
cleared cmos and now have all options thanks :D
still worried about Memory frequency do i need to change that or let the figure keep going up as i increase CPU Host Control frequency
also do i need to set PCI-E frequency to a number as ive read if left on auto it will start overclocking gfx which i don t want to do. If yes what to

last thing i need to no is about Memory frequency
couple of examples
CPU Host Control frequency set@ 276
Memory frequency goes to 828

CPU Host Control frequency set@ 366
Memory frequency goes to 1098

CPU Host Control frequency set@ 466
Memory frequency goes to 1398

So i assume i need to change the memory multipliar but when do i start doing it do i need to make sure i do not go over a certain number
