I am running an E6400 on a DS3 at 3.44GHz, with the mem at 860MHz 10,4,4,4 (1Gb Kit, Corsair PC26400). The system is nice and stable and completely benchable.
However I installed MemSet 3.0 to see what the sub-timings are and was quite shocked to see the tRFC was at 47.
I am pretty new to using DDR2 and the sub-timings discriptions in the DS3s bios are worded complete different to say an Ultra D.
Does anyone know what the following are in old DDR speak:
ACT to ACT Delay
Rank Write to READ Delay
Write to Precharge Delay
Refresh to ACT Delay
Read to Precharge Delay
If you are a memory expert and know what these are, I would appreciate your help.
