Hi

I've picked up a fake controller of the bay thinking it was an official Sony one, its pretty dam good for a fake but just don't feel right.

Well, I've also picked up a psp analog module and think that I will mod that controller with it, to see if I can come up with something magical. Lol.

I'm just wondering what other people's thoughts are on the matter...

I could replace the r analog stick with the psp one, I've seen some one do that on YouTube as is, but it's just replacing a working analog stick with another and I lose the R3 button feature.

What I'm more considering is replacing the d pad with the psp analog. Proxy the d pads holes then hole saw a space for the psp analog to fit. Not sure if I should wire the psp analog to the R analog stick or wire it to the d pad connectors itself.. Considering that's analog too.

This is just for proof of concept.. For something to pass the time..

Any thoughts on the subject?

My thoughts are... I need to see pics.

And... why on earth would you want to put the PSP analogue nub in place of a proper stick? It's tiny and slides really awkwardly... doesn't feel like a joystick at all.
