No image on monitor at all in digital DVI mode. What's going on here? When I first booted up this newly built system it was working, then it wasn't, then it was, now it isn't again! I fitted a new cooler to the graphics card and now it's not working again. VGA analog cable works fine and used one of those DVI>VGA connectors and plugged into same port on graphics card and I get an image. Swap out for DVI cable and no image! Tried the DVI cable on another system and it works! What on earth is going on! I'm stumped! Is this a known BIOS issue? Will updating BIOS to latest version help?

Nice idea, and I thought that would work, but it hasn't!

I just don't get this! My brain is at a total dead end. I've tested everything - the monitor works on another system plugged into the DVI, so it's not that. The cable works, the graphics card and monitor both work on the analog connection. I'm utterly perplexed and baffled!! What on earth can I do!? I can't send anything back as going by my tests, everything works! Apart from this exact configuration! AAGGGHHH!!

Just for reference, here's my spec - DS3 mbd, E6300, 1GB Geil RAM, VX2025 monitor, Leadtek 7300GT. I've also just updated the mbd bios to the latest version, incase anyone suggests that.

Tried all these steps numerous times over, but no luck.

In the end, I tried uninstalling the Nvidia drivers. Powered off, plugged in DVI and hey presto, it worked!! :D Re-installed drivers and it's all working...for now! Can't help but worry though every time I turn on the monitor that it's going to go kaput again!!
