my ds3 just died its under Warranty and i lost the original NB heatsink, can someone pls send there original NB (unused)

How about waiting a few months and get enough posts to get access to the MM, then get one off there.

i swapped it with Noctua NC-U6 Dual Heatpipe Northbridge Cooler but ocuk want original NB with warranty :mad:

have you looked on the bay.. nobody will give you there nb unless they want to loose there warranty too

i was thinking of buying a other ds3, when i get my new mobo swap it with Noctua NC-U6, soo ill have two ds3

which is the best motherboard Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3P or Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 ?

They both have solid capacitors which is good for durability, as opposed to the S3 which has electrolytic capacitors. Ive heard that the DS3P has "enhanced overclocking", but I think the DS3 and DS3P are the same except for DS3P has 2 PCI-e slots and loses a PCI slot for it, and 8 vs 6 sata ports. Also DS3P has quad bios and DS3 has virtual dual bios.

Quad bios means that there is a bios and a backup bios and a backup image of the bios on the hard drive and the install CD, so that if the bootblock is working in either bios then the board can reflash itself. From that Id guess virtual dual bios means it can flash itself from the CD if the boot block is working.

The DS3P also has the ICH8R, firewire and I think a 6 phase VRM.

6 phase power regulation is minimum, some boards have 8 phase and the DSQ6 has 12-phase power management for stable quad core power supply.

if i when with DS3P mobo do i still need to reinstall windows , as ive still got the problems wer it hits 1000mhz ram speed with ds3

You wont need to reinstall windows unless your overclocking attempts have corrupted it somehow.
