DS3 Woes...

Anyway to flash the bios of a DS3 without a floppy?

Excuse the noob question but I've always used DFI boards and they come with an auto flash tool.

Just bought the DS3 and currently about to sell it on fleebay as it may be the worst investment I've ever made in my life. Just need to flash the bios to see if that improves matters before making final judgement.

I flashed my DS4 using a USB flash drive. Use the utility built into the BIOS ( cant remember what its called ) and it will look to the flash drive for the BIOS file.

Theres also the @BIOS program that runs in windows

Just use the windows @BIOS tool. Grab the latest version from the Gigabyte site.

I couldn't get my floppy drive working using the onboard floppy connector so ended up using a USB floppy drive from my lappy to flash the BIOS from within the BIOS flash BIOS screen thingy

I always use the @BIOS software.

watch out tho, one of the servers for @BIOS is at F7 bios, i accidentally used this and downgraded my bios, was easy to fix tho
