having a few probs clocking a 2160 with a P35 DS3R


spec is



DS3R mobo
2160 cpu
OCZ pc6400 2x1gig
1900 xtx
500w psu
a/cooler freezer pro


now i currently have her running stable in vista at 2.79ghz but she wont go any further in vista


can get system to post happily at 3ghz but wont load into windows at all


any thoughts on getting that extra .2 ghz and then some

already have voltages up

ram at 2v running with a divider nigh on 800 cpu running a 1.38(1.325 stock)
everything else +0.1

running F11 bios

and tried with both 2 and 4 gigs of ram in place

just not a happy camper

right guys what am i missing here
rams on a low setting (well under its limits
running at 2.7ghz stable in vista 300x9 anything above this causes vista not to load posts with 3ghz but just black screens vista

voltage at 1.392v for cpu ram at 2v fsb and NB +0.1v
