What is the maximum that the G(MCH) and FSB voltage that can be safely increased to on these boards. I have both at +0.2v, but not sure how far to push these two values.

I have had them both at .35 before and have seen people running at up to .5.
Id stick with .3 or below though for 24/7 running.

I will give 0.35 a go as its really for a temp overclock to see how high i can get fsb. Does anyone know exactly what they for ?
