DS4 - Turning off the CPU Energy Saving

*Silly/Simple Question Alert*

I've been running my E6600 on my DS4 since the weekend.
It's running like a dream, I've easily reached the low overclock I wanted of 3Ghz and couldn't be happier, well almost.

Where abouts in the BIOS is the CPU Energy Saving feature?
I've noticed once or twice that my CPU has dropped down to a 6x multiplyer.
Probably because it doesn't require all of the power when I'm doing simple things.
However I'd rather make that decision - so where in the BIOS is that feature to turn off?

Thanks for that - I'll run through those settings on the DS4 tonight as I'm sure I've seen something similar.
I assumed there was a proper name for this feature and was just overlooking it as it wasn't a name I was familar with.

I'm using some Crucial DDR667 RAM (2x 1GB) within specification - so it's a E6600 on a 333mhz FSB and memory running at 666.
Just wanted to get my £240 CPU up to the same stock speed as a £700 CPU (X6800) and I'd be happy which was just too easy to achieve.
Maybe once I do get some DDR800 I'll be tempted to push things further.
