Flashed my ds4 with the f8 bios yesterday to see if it would improved my overclocking. Put my original over clock on first, 450x8 to make sure all was fine with new bios. I then tried 475x8 which was always a bit iffy on the f6 bios.
On the f8 bios 475x8 works a treat. Ran at that speed all day yesterday, played numerous games and restarted many times without any probs (with f6 it wouldnt boot again after a restart). So anyway I thought things were looking good until i switched the pc off for about 45mins. When i come to switch back on i just get the constant power on, power off cycles. Tried resetting the cmos with no luck. Left the battery out all last night but still no luck :(

Anything else i should try?

I still find holding the Insert key on the keyboard then power up helps, well it seems to on this ds4.

Its a pain at times, considering its dual bios ive had less grief with mobo's using a sinlge bios.

its just booted :) left it unplugged for an hour or so and it now works.
If that failed was gonna try the insert trick and yeah i know what you mean, they can be a pita!

I updated the BIOS on my GA965P-S3 to F8 yesterday, and now mine won't boot at all. Power light flashes on for a split second, then nothing.......

Have unplugged/replugged everyhing, reset CMOS by removing battery and leaving a while, no joy at all, anyone have any ideas?
(sorry for hijacking your thread, just seems very similar)
