DS4 + X-Fi problem...

Hi, since putting my X-Fi Music in this system I keep hearing a loud high pitched static noise while playing a games occationally. Usually doesnt last long but does scare the crap out of me....

The PCI freq reads as only 33 and i've tried using a different PCI slot... Why is it doing this?

There seem to be some compatibility issues with XFI drivers and the DS4/DS3/DQ6. Try downloading the latest drivers or if you have them already uninstall everything related to your card and reinstall. Hope it works

I too had some issues with my XFI when my overclock wasnt stable, but once I stabilized it the problems never came up again.

I might just get another soundcard if I can't get this fixed.. I don't see how the overclock would effect it as the PCI bus is still at 33 and the system is prime/memtest stable... But thanks for the suggestions, i'll try reinstalling the drivers... Worth a try..
