Bit of history, joined the army in 97, super fit could run a mile and half in under 8 minutes. In 2006 I smashed my patella in quite a few pices and but on a stack of weight, got to 128kg and felt awful, lost 6 kg with just normal living and lots of beer.

On 19 Aug I weighed in at 122.5kg and started my training, I have concentrated on CV with some weights.

Today I weighed in at 118.5kg, training 4-5 days a week, inc some swimming, diet is okay I think, I have a health cereal with 0 fat milk, soup, and whole meal roll for lunch, then something with chicken for tea, lots of wraps as I can load them with veg and nice and spicy. Ill be happy at 100kg so lots of work ahead but loving the phys.

Ill update as I go.

Hope this keeps me on track.

Healthy cereal is muesli (or glue, its a work out its self), and wraps are wholemeal, do like brown rice but it takes an age to cook compared to white rice. Never had sweat potato whats the best way to cook it, do with it?

Weigh in today 118.2kg.

Not a good week this week as lots of xmas functions, with no time to train in between, so diet is key and keep the drink to a minimum.

Not sure if i want to be rigid with a set diet and would rather eat what i like but healthy. I like to eat what i want but being good and cutting out all the beer and cakes.
