DSM - user access to subfolder

Hi all,
I have a Synology server and I have one shared folder.

What I would like to do, is create a subfolder in the main share folder and create a user that can only access that folder (read/write).
Let's call it ":My Nas\documents\Jim's folder"
I don't want Him snooping around my other folders - just his!

Are there any DSM gurus that know how to do this simple sounding request?
Trawlling through the Synology forums has left me majorly confused!!

Why not create another shared folder?

Yeah I've done that instead...

I assume you've created a new user too called Jim, then given him rw access to that share only.

Top tip: do things by groups, not users, even if the group only has one member user.
