DSR advice please!

Right, I bought a KGBdeal for 16 oral b replacement heads (they are not genuine and never were they thought or said to be). I have had the heads just over a week and in that time three of the 16 have died.

I placed the order on the 29th of December, delivery was upto 28days, no the returns policy on the website says you have 30days from date of order to return the goods, is this correct as per the DSR?

From that I don't have a leg to stand on do I?

What's the next thing to do?

DSR is 7 days, any longer you are into their policy.

Faulty products comes under Sales of Goods Act and not DSR.

DSR is 7 working days (essentially Monday to Friday) from the day after the day they were delivered.

As you've had them just over a week you may still be within the DSR period.

As Raymond says you may want to return them as faulty/not fit for purpose anyway.
