It's not part of the product either and I would argue less so than any instructions or the box the gpu came inside.

Ok lets stop thinking of it as just the "product" and more as an SKU, the card and the code will form one SKU it's this you return under the DSR.

Either way I think there's a high chance OcUK will sort this with very little drama.

Ok I'll rephrase.. why do you think they still have more.

Anyway, it wouldn't surprise me if they did you a a favour and refunded you minus the BF4 price and I'm not saying that they shouldn't. Customer service and all that.

But when it comes to it, you aren't entitlted to a refund and that's that. You can argue all you want but it won't make any difference.

I never said I was entitled but I would like to think they would meet me in the middle.
I would say me offering to let them deduct the cost they sell bf4 premium 4 at the very least in the middle.

If it's viable it is. If it's not viable for whatever reason (and there could be loads of reasons why it wouldn't be) then it's not.

this is actually an interesting point and something I may not have considered before when buying a card with bundled games. What I have learnt today is that when i next buy a card with a games bundle is not to expend those codes until I am sure I am happy with the card. Previously i have given the codes to my son on receipt of them.

Leave it with OcUK, they're the only ones that can help. Plus it's iSeries at the mo so they're busy with that.
