DSR info

Looking for info on the DSR process as i can't find it. I know it much be around somewhere. Can someone please point me in the direction? Was advised to DSR some ram instead of RMA as it was within 7 days. Just looking to see the difference is. Thanks in advance

DSR will get you your money back, RMA will exchange the set for a working set (Whether these can be reconditioned or new am not sure of the rules under such a short period of time should think you want a new set tbh.)

I do want a new set but i don't want to have to pay the fee if they are not found faulty. I have more of the same arriving tomorrow to check out. May need to change me ram all together

Then rule out the possibility of them not being faulty yourself before you send them off if you don't want to risk the fee. Memtest, try each stick individually etc...
