DSR Qestion...

So i ordered a new contract on Thursday last week, got the confirmation email on Friday and got the items delivered on Saturday.
I'm contemplating cancelling the order and i have seven days, when is the final day before the choice is made for me? Is it 7 working days, so tuesday 2nd of april, or 7 actual days so the 31st of march? Or is it something else?

Any help?

With delivered goods I think its 7 days from the day you received it.

Thats my understanding of it, 7 days from receipt, other wise you could loose several days while the goods are in transit.

Confirmed 7 working days form the date of signature, or 14 calander if with orange

It's from buymobilephones.net and on orange. But on their websit ite says:
If you've changed your mind you can return your phone to us in an unused condition within 7 days of the date on your sales invoice.
I assume it's when i got the device, so on saturday, rather than friday.

I'm not entirely convinced DSR applies to contracts, though I think you still get a 7day cooling off period via another law.

DSR does not apply to the contact it slef, for example if you get a sim only 12 month there is no DSR. If there is a device handset invloved DSR applies and they will cancel the contract as teh phone was part of the offer
