DSR questions!

Hey,

Just wondering how long I've got to return pc items under DSR? Am I allowed to have opened the packaging on them? My sandybridge stuff doesn't work with two of my hard drives without flashing them and quite frankly I want to go back to the old school i5 stuff I have!

7 or 14 days, not sure exactly.

I think its 7 days starting from tha day after you recieve the item

I think it might be both, depending on the type of items, either that, or its changed from 7 to 14.

it was 7 for a gpu i bought recently (and sent back on day 8!!)

i think it might be different for different items.

I have no idea where I got 14 days from, according to this it's 7 days...

No but i think some things like games and DVDs may not be returnable if theyve been opened

as long as it hasnt been used/damaged, if you can return the cpu to as new condition etc then it will be fine, and it will go into the a grade/b grade bit on ocuk

7 days. You just need to have taken 'care' of it. You an open the package and play with it. It does not have to be returned unopened.
