Hi all - I really like this block but can't seem to find a conversion kit anywhere - is that because they don't exist?

In the same boat m8. I'm just about to order my sandybridge setup now that the b3 boards are out and have the same waterblock and feel it would cool a 2600k fine if only they made a pro mount kit for it like the did the 1366 socket. I'm tempted to go for the asrock board as it allows you to use the 775 cooler/waterblock I thing Evga are also doing the same thing with the boards they will be selling tho not seen any in the UK online stores yet. I do like the look of the Gigabyte boards but then I would need a new block and not rally sure what one to get either.

Make one? Seriously, you just need a bit of metal plate and a paper template to tell you where to drill.

My i5 board turned up on Friday so I dismantled ol' trusty (seriously I haven't even topped the water up in 3 years) and had a look to see what I'd have to do to get my Fuzion block on.

Turns out the Socket775 mount holes are literally 1-2mm out of the Socket1155 positions, so with a bit of dremel action widening the holes...

It's on. I think mine is a v1 Fuzion block though...

Pretty similar to what I did with mine.
Drilled the holes in the top plate 1mm bigger and used a washer over the top of the hole. Mine is a V1 fuzion. It took 15 mins max, longest part was looking for the washers.
