I use DU Meter to monitor internet speed and lately it's starting reporting only half of the upload speed on sites that use flash based upload plugins on their page such as Youtube. The files are uploading at full whack according to Resource Manager, it's just DU meter reporting half. It reports the correct upload speed with everything else when using any non flash based plugin via HTTP or FTP, P2P etc.
Can anyone think of a reason why it would suddenly start doing this? It never used to. I tried switching to the Networx program but it didn't just report half speed it actually cut speed to less than half so i'm back to DU Meter
Things i've tried :
-Disabling AV + Firewall
-Switched router (VM SH2) into modem mode
-Rolling back flash to older versions
-Tried in multiple browsers
-Checked for new network card drivers
