Hi all,
I have Vista Ultimate and am going to dual boot with XP for when XP is needed for compatability.
Vista is on C: and XP will be on D:
Programs will be installed on a seperate drive E:
Question however:
As Vista and XP use different paths for things like Documents And Settings, will I have to install the programs twice? Once under XP and once under Vista? How is it best to have dual boot? Should all the programs for Vista be installed on C: and all the programs for XP be installed on D: basically getting rid of E:
I always have me programs on a seperate disk but cant think how it will work under dual boot
If only Vista would work for everything!!
