Hi,
not sure if this is the right part of the forum (so mods please move if necessary).
I have a dedicated audio PC that doubles up as a very basic gaming/entertainment rig. I was wondering it it's possible to have two bios profiles:
1. One where everything is set to full speed/power for games and TV
2. One where the CPU and ram is all under-clocked as much as is practical for dedicated listening sessions
So essentially have two preset configurations that are saved and I can switch between when I want to. Is this even possible? The motherboard I have right now won't work with this as the BIOS battery is no longer on it (don't ask).
I can buy another LGA1150 motherboard if this is possible (has to be this model due to CPU and RAM).
Thanks for your help,
Martin
