Is it possible to dual boot the two operating systems on one hard drive?
I currently have 32 bit Home Premium installed.
Thanks

you'd need to have 2 partitions but yes it's perfectly possible to dual boot from one drive. :)

but the question is, why do you want to dual boot those 2? i can almost understand people dual booting xp and vista but vista32/64? there's no point. :p

Would it involve changing settings in the bios each time?

Not ready to delete my 32 bit installation yet...plus I have never tried 64 bit before so want to make sure all my hardware and software is supported before making the permanent change.

If its fine then il stick to 64 bit :-)

nope no bios settings to change. when you install the 2nd copy of windows, it will notice that you already have an install and it was give you a little menu when you power on giving you the choice of which os to boot.
