I realise this is somewhat different to dual booting XP and Vista. Do I just create a partition, fire up vista, insert the server 08 disc and point the install to the new partition?
I installed Vista 32b first, opened disk manager and created a partition and made it active. Restart with the Server 08 disc in and let it install but point it to your new partition. The PC will then always boot to server 2008 as that takes over the boot loader.
It will probably make your Vista install drive D:
