Hi there.

If I have XP on 1 HD and Windows 7 on another HD can I chose which one to boot when I turn on the machine? When I press F8 and have the HD with XP as primary HD I don't see Windows 7 to chose from. When I make Windows 7 the primary HD to boot first there is no Windows XP option to boot from.

I'm new to dual HD so if you can give me some help I'd be grateful. I want to be able to chose which one to boot from boot-up.

Thanks

Michael

I think pressing the ESC key gives you the boot menu on the Biostar, then you just select the HD option, and then whichever drive you want to boot from, so on boot up, just keep pressing ESC until the boot menu appears (if that is the key for it).:)

I can't seem to find any menu that gives me the choice to boot from either XP or W7. Only one is listed, either W7 when the HD with W7 is primary HD or XP when that is primary HD booting up. If I press F8 I only get 1 O/S to chose from and pressing escape does nothing.

Any ideas?

Michael
