is there any issues with having 2x Windows 10 on 2 different m.2 and just selecting the one you want from the BIOS boot screen.

no but not sure why you would want too.

I want to try some software on a clean system (its not working on mine) without using a VM. My pc hasnt been had a clean install for some time, so i could also use this to build start again until im happy everything is working and then wipe the old one

Might want to think about physically disconnecting the `main`drive first
Windows has a habit of installing stuff on other drives as well as the Boot when setting up :)

This. I decided to have a dual boot system (W10/linux) on my everyday rig this week. Both installations messed about with each others boot manager when both were connected. So disconnect the other OS drive before installing if you dont want any hassle.

Should work fine, I have a dual boot. M2 drive for gaming boot and SSD for work boot. I did this because I dont want all my development apps installed/bloating the gaming side.

Can use Easy BCD to setup your boot menu.

removed both existing drives before installing and works fine, even remembers the last drive it booted when you re-boot, although im glad i used a different manufacturer as that might have got confusing on the boot menu
