At this moment I got a Mac Pro with 2 harddrives. One of them has OS X Leopard installed. If I load the setup of OS X Tiger or Leopard Server and I choose the 2nd HD, am I able to still use Leopard and switch between the different versions of OS X?

Yes you will be able to, after you have installed either Tiger or Server on the second hard drive, hold the command key during boot and you will be able to chose what drive you want to boot from. You can also select which drive to boot from within OSX inside Preferences.

Thanks.
That's what I needed to know :)
I'm going to do a self-study of OS X Server, and I can't afford a 2nd Mac at the moment, so this is much better.
