Dual booting XP and Windows7

Will be on the same hard drive. What would be the easiest way to do this? Would i need to create a partition to install windows 7 on?

Any help is appreciated.

yes either use partition magic or start from scratch and create two partitions at the start when instailing xp.

The easiest way is to just create a second partition using the windows 7 disk, then install winows 7 on that partition. Jobs a good 'un.
