Dual channel 1T , 2T DDR2 ?!

Hi.. just setup my Abit IP35 Pro today with some of the ram below.

In the bios I've got it set to 1T.. and I've got it in DDR2 Slots 2 and 4, but when I open up CPU-Z and look at the memory section it says 2T :confused:

Any ideas ?

I was under the impression all DDR2 ran at 2T and that the whole 1T thing was an A64 hangup?
