Dual Channel - is it working for me?

When I've seen other people's screenshots, it usually says 'Dual' in the 'Channels #' box.

How can I check if my RAM is running dual channel? (yes, it supports it)

I looked in the mobo manual, and it doesn't say anything about dual channel setup. Theres 4 slots on my mobo, 2 black and 2 blue. So it's basically 1 black and 1 blue slot beside each other.. twice.

So, I put my RAM in the blue slots...


Any advice?

Its definitely the two blue slots (I built a machine with this same board today.)

Download the latest CPU-Z though - it may help:

Also, set the RAM up as follows:

12,4,4,4
800MHz
2.1 Volts

Use the 'Memory' tab not the 'SPD' tab to view that information.
Or look at the POST screen at startup.

Maybe because that motherboard is so new, it's not currently fully supported in v1.37.
