dual channel or not dual channel,that is the question?

I have looked in my mobo manual to see if my board can take dual channel memory and i can't seem to find anything in there about dual channel,could someone tell me if my boad supports it,i have a MSI KT3 ULTRA2 and currently have 512mb of pc2700 ram,im looking at getting 2gb of ram but im stuck as what to go for,do i go for pc3200,pc2700,dual channel,cl2.5,cl3,crucial or corsair any response would be much appreciated.....cheers.
