dual channel setup?

ello all

just got some more memory (1gig stick of crucial) to add to my system which has 2, 512 meg Corsair "pros" ( led light ones)

so now i have 2 gig, whats the best setup ( slots ) to use on my A8N sli ??

( was in dual channel mode before)


i have a 3500XP, and vista U, 64bit

i think you'll loose your dual channel mode regardless of combination if you add the 1GB stick but you'll probably gain overall from the extra ram anyways.

thought so, been awhile since i built my pc, and really could not remember! (age thing)
