Dual-Core 3800+ 220w PSU?

Hello guys!

I'm putting together a computer with these componenets:

Dual-Core X2 3800+
ASRock (939NF4G-SATA2) Socket 939
2GB 400mhz DDR
Onboard Graphics
80GB SATA HDD
Windows XP PRO (SP2)
Couple of fans for cooling

NO Floppy
NO USB Ports
NO CD-Rom

However I need to build all of this into this case:
Antec Black Minuet II Micro Atx Case 220w

I know that its only a 220w PSU however I feel it would run fine with that setup, just really need to know your opinons!

I have just found a 250w case V30BUF Black

34cm(H) x 43cm(D) x 10cm(W) or smaller

ok I have found a case which meet the size I need but its only a 300w PSU, would this be enough?

It comes out @ 275w
100% PSU Utilization
100% CPU Utilization
