PSU should be ok, I run a 3800+ and X1800XT on a 430W.

An Antec 400W will be good enough for that I would have thought, but it might be a limit in the future.

Both processors will overclock pretty well, shame you ignored the majority vote for the dual core. On the day, would've gone for that to be honest.
