Dual Core problems in games? ... Found a nice app

Found this nice little app WinLauncherXP http://www.majorgeeks.com/WinLauncherXP_d870.html
It allows you to set affinity and priority for any programs you launch. Saves you having to alt tab back to desktop to disable a core to get the game working. i.e. Battlefield 2.

Sorry if this has been posted before but I didn't see it

yeah but some games don't like you alt tabbing for one

10 seconds, tops and it needs to be done once.

? You loose the affinity setting as soon as you close the process. So it doesn't just need to be done once. Unless you mean something else?

Oblivion came out with it. And there have been patches for Quake 4, COD2 and a few others I can't remember right now.

Seems to make a big difference too, Oblivion's FPS doubled after I upgraded from a 64 3500+. And Quake showed about the same improvement after I patched it.
