go in processes tab

right click the process and click set affinity

pick cpu

actually maybe theres a better way as that doesnt seem to save for the next time you boot up :(
 
General wisdom dictates that unless you have a particular reason for setting affinity (programs that give errors due to Dual Core-ness), Windows itself will handle the load balance better than setting affinity.

Yes but more often than not when it comes to single threaded games, windows doesn't handle the load better.
