dual core upgrade?

Hey there, i'm thinking of upgrading my CPU, i've currently got:

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (939)
MOBO - GA-K8N-SLI
GFX - XFX 6600 GT (128MB)
RAM - 2x 1 GIG

any ideas about what direction i should go? i was thinking about going for a AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ (Socket 939) at around £60 any better ideas??
My main goal is to run bioshock at a decent rate lol
