Dual Core Vs P4

upgraded from a Pentium D 3.2 running at 3.4ghz to an e2160 running at 3.0ghz...

Basically wiped the floor with the pentium D in all bench marks. My bro is still running the old Pentium D but it definatley has its limitations - Heat being a major issue.
