Guys,

Please see my current setup in signature for Primo Midas.

I'm going to upgrade Midas with Asus Z10PE-D8-WS which is dual socket Xeon V3 board.

Based on my current setup, I'm sure now I'll need to go over to dual loop system. I will retain the dual wc 780ti's for now.

Any suggestions? My primary concern is can I cool the cpu's in parrallel rather than series? I think GFX in series is fine. I'll be going over to hardline also.

x1 480 for CPU's
x1 480 for GFX's

Will this be ok considering the cpu's wont really clock even with the unlocked BLK on this board.

The Xeons are low power parts so the 480mm will probably be way overkill for the CPUs (especially if they aren't going to OC). You could cool them in parallel but I doubt there would be much benefit from them. CPUs don't tend to heat up the coolant much compared to GPUs.

480mm on dual 780tis will suffice (especially as your rad is super thick) though if you can dedicate more rad space to them that would be better.

Single loop would be what I would do but your CPU temps will be higher. However I doubt they would be even slightly close to too high.

sure the cpu temp will be up a degree or two but that won't affect anything. Means the simplicity of more rad space which comes in especially useful if say you are doing something which is only cpu intensive chances are with all the rad space the fans wouldn't even turn on. I know my fans are idle until i kick in crossfire for gaming :D
