Dual display PCI-E graphics cards

I'm wanting a cheap and cheerful graphics card that supports dual monitors, I did have Dell create a spec for me that included the below card

What I can't work out however is does it support dual monitors? I can see it has VGA, DVI and HDMI but does it support dual monitors? If not could someone point me in the direction of one, nothing fancy.

I don't believe you can buy a PCI-E card that doesn't (as dual monitor support became the norm in the AGP era).

Yes it does support dual monitor, it says Native support for up to 4 simultaneous displays. What inputs do you have for your monitors ?
